"Yoga is not about touching your toes. It's about what you learn on the way down."

My classes draw from traditional Indian yoga lineages while weaving in influences from ecotherapy โ€” the idea that reconnecting with nature is itself a healing practice. We practice with windows open, with bare feet, with the smell of eucalyptus in the room.

Whether you've never set foot on a mat or you've been practicing for decades, I believe there's always something new to discover โ€” in the poses, in the breath, in yourself.

๐ŸŒฑ
Compassion First

No judgment, no comparison. Your practice belongs to you alone.

๐ŸŒ
Rooted in Tradition

Honoring the ancient roots of yoga while keeping it accessible today.

๐Ÿƒ
Nature as Teacher

The rhythms of the natural world inform how we breathe, rest, and move.

๐Ÿค
Community

A class is more than a workout โ€” it's a gathering of beings doing their best.
